- Organization Data: Information entered by you on the platform, such as your clients' data, service orders, photos, and quotes. You are the controller of this data.
- Geolocation Data: Service addresses may be converted into geographic coordinates for map functionalities. We do not collect your devices' real-time location.
- Technical and Usage Data: Anonymous information about how the Service is used, for analysis and platform improvement purposes.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Operate, maintain, and provide the functionalities of the Service.
- Process your transactions and manage your subscription.
- Enhance and personalize the user experience.
- Provide customer support and communicate important updates.
- Protect the security and integrity of our platform.
4. Sharing with Third Parties (Sub-processors)
We do not sell or rent your information. We only share your data with essential service providers for platform operation, under strict contractual confidentiality and security obligations. Our main sub-processors include:
- Vercel (Hosting): To host our application and database.
- Stripe (Payments): To securely process subscription payments.
- Cloudinary (Media Storage): To store images and signatures.
- Google Cloud Platform (Firebase/Maps): For sending push notifications and map functionalities.
- Hostmidia (Email Sending): For sending transactional emails.
Some of these providers may operate outside Brazil. International data transfer is carried out in compliance with the LGPD, ensuring an adequate level of protection.
