Subscription and Billing

This section explains how to manage your MobilOS subscription plan, view your account status, and access the billing portal to update payment information and invoices.


Accessing the Subscription Page

Navigate to Subscription

In the manager panel's side menu, in the 'System' section, click on 'Subscription'.

This page is accessible only to users with the MANAGER role of the organization.


Viewing Plan Status

On the subscription page, you will find the following information about your current plan:

Your Subscription Status

Current Plan:

Displays the name of your contracted plan (Ex: Start, Pro).

Subscription Status:

Indicates the current state of your subscription (Ex: ACTIVE, TRIALING, CANCELED). This status is synchronized with our payment processor (Stripe).

Next Billing / Period End:

Shows the date of your next subscription renewal or, for trial plans, the trial period end date.

Important Statuses

  • ACTIVE: Your subscription is active and all plan features are available.
  • TRIALING: You are in a free trial period.
  • PAST_DUE: There was a payment issue. You need to update your billing information to continue using the service.
  • CANCELED: Your subscription has been canceled and will expire at the end of the current billing period.

Choosing or Changing a Plan

If you don't have an active plan yet or want to change your current plan (upgrade/downgrade), you can do so through the Plans page.

Access the Plans Page

Click the 'View Plans' link on the subscription page or go directly to the plans page.

Choose the Desired Plan

Analyze the available plans, their features and limits. Click 'Choose Plan' on the plan that best suits your needs.

Secure Checkout

You will be redirected to a secure checkout portal (Stripe) to enter or confirm your payment details.

Plan Change

The logic for upgrading and downgrading (including prorating, if applicable) is managed by our payment system. Generally, upgrades are immediate and downgrades take effect in the next billing cycle.


Managing Payments and Invoices (Billing Portal)

To update your payment method, view your invoice history, or cancel your subscription, you can access the customer portal of our payment processor.

Access the Billing Portal

In the 'Subscription Status' card, click the 'Manage Payments and Invoices' button.

Secure Authentication

You will be securely redirected to the billing portal, where you can manage all aspects of your subscription.

Within the portal, you can:

  • Add, update, or remove payment methods.
  • View and download your invoices (tax documents).
  • Change your plan (if the option is enabled directly in the portal).
  • Cancel your subscription.

Payment Data Security

MobilOS does not directly store your credit card data. All payment information is securely processed and stored by Stripe, which is certified with the highest security standards in the payment industry.

Keeping your subscription up to date ensures continuous access to all MobilOS features and the necessary support for your operation.
