Technician Panel: Overview

Welcome to the MobilOS technician panel! This interface is designed to be used primarily on mobile devices, facilitating access to your tasks and recording information directly in the field.

Accessing the Technician Panel

To access the technician panel, use the same MobilOS system login link with the email and password provided by your organization's manager. The system will automatically identify your TECHNICIAN role and redirect you to the correct interface.


Main Navigation

The technician interface is simplified to focus on essential functionalities. Navigation is divided between the header and the bottom bar.

Bottom Navigation Bar

At the bottom of the screen, you'll find the two main links for your daily routine:

  • My Tasks: Access the list of Work Orders assigned to you.
  • My Profile: Manage your personal and security information.

Top Header

At the top of the screen, you'll find your organization's logo and, on the right, options like 'Watch Video Tutorial' and 'Sign Out'.

To facilitate your learning, we have prepared a complete video guide.

  • First Access: The first time you access the panel, a pop-up with the video tutorial will be displayed automatically. We strongly recommend that you watch it!
  • Click the icon to watch the video.

Basic Technician Workflow

Receive and View Tasks

After logging in, check the 'Active' tab in the 'Tasks' section. New WOs assigned to you will appear here.

Analyze WO Details

Tap on a task to open the details screen. There you will find all the information: client data, address, problem description, services, etc.

Start Service

When you are ready to start the work, update the WO status to 'In Progress'. This notifies the manager that the service has started.

Register Proofs and Expenses

During or after service execution, use the tools to:

  • Attach Photos: Add before and after photos of the service.
  • Add Observations: Record important details about the WO execution.
  • Collect Signature: Obtain the client's digital signature to prove service completion.

Add Observations

Record any important notes about the service in the 'My Notes (Technician)' field.

Complete the WO

After finishing all work and records, update the WO status to 'Completed'. This signals to the manager that the task has been finished.

Communication with the Manager

The MobilOS system is designed to keep the manager informed about the progress of WOs. Also use the 'Internal Comments' section within a WO to record information for the team.
