Chat Center (MobilOS Team)
The Chat Center is the MobilOS support team's tool to provide real-time assistance to client organizations using the platform. Here you can attend chat requests, interact with users, and resolve questions quickly.
Chat Center Console
When accessing the Chat Center, you will see a divided interface, with the support queue and the active chat area.
Attending a Chat
Monitor the Queue
New client chats waiting to be attended will appear in the queue.
Attend the Chat
Click the Attend button. This will assign the chat to you and open the conversation window.
Interacting with the Client in Chat
Once the chat is active, you can chat in real time, view client and organization information, and send your replies.
Ending a Chat
End the Conversation
When the client's question is resolved, inform them that you are ending the chat.
Use the End Button
Click the End button.
Automatic Ticket Generation
After ending, the system can automatically create a support ticket with the full chat transcript for record-keeping.
