My Tasks (Technician Panel)

The 'My Tasks' screen is your main access point to the Work Orders (WO) assigned to you. It is designed to be clear and functional on mobile devices, allowing you to manage your work in the field efficiently.


Tab Navigation

Your tasks are organized into tabs for easy viewing:

  • Active
  • Completed

Filtering your Tasks

To help you find specific tasks quickly, the 'My Tasks' screen offers filter options:

Search Bar

At the top of the screen, there is a search bar where you can type to search for WOs by title, client name, or address.

Advanced Filters

Next to the search bar, the filter button opens more options:

  • Priority: Filter WOs by priority (Low, Medium, High).
  • Scheduled for (Day): Select a specific date to see WOs scheduled for that day.

Information on the Task Card

Each Work Order in the list is presented as an interactive 'card', displaying the most important information in summary form.

Click on any task card to see full details and start executing the WO. Learn more in 'Executing Work Orders'.


Quick Actions in the List (Active Tasks)

For tasks in the 'Active' tab, you may have quick action buttons directly on the card to change the status to 'In Progress' or 'Completed'.

WO Details

By clicking 'Start Service' or 'Complete Service' directly from the card, the WO status will be updated immediately.

The 'My Tasks' screen is your main tool for organizing your workday. Keep statuses updated so your manager has real-time visibility into your productivity.
